Does Ktown Team work outside of Koreatown?

Ktown Team is rooted in Koreatown, Los Angeles, but its Global Reach program documents how the organization plans to share its model and support other communities that want to adapt it. This work is largely forward-looking - describing what the organization is building toward as it grows. The model's core elements (flat hierarchy, open-source tools, community-driven governance) are designed to be exportable to different cultural contexts.
