Who founded Ktown Team and why?

Ktown Team was founded by immigrants who grew up in Koreatown and saw both the neighborhood's potential and its persistent challenges. Their experience with local nonprofits, city projects, and neighborhood councils - including the limitations of existing systems - led them to build something new: a nonprofit with a flat hierarchy that values community contribution over traditional leadership roles.
