How does someone become an Advisor at Ktown Team?

There are two paths: any community member can nominate someone they think would be a good Advisor, or anyone can self-nominate directly to Ktown Team. From there it is a conversation - not an interview - to discuss background, expertise, and how the person prefers to be reached. The designation stays as long as the Advisor wants it, and stepping back requires no formal process.
