The Advisor program welcomes community leaders, professionals, and specialists who share knowledge without joining day-to-day operations. There are two paths - community nomination or self-nomination - followed by a conversation rather than an interview. Advisors have no meeting obligations or fixed schedules, and stepping back requires no formal process.
